Privacy Policy

Effective: November 13, 2025

Scope; U.S.-Only Audience

This Privacy Policy explains how PitchPoint Solutions ("PitchPoint," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the website located at www.pitchpointsolutions.com and any pages we control that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site"). It applies only to the Site and the forms we provide on the Site. It does not apply to our software-as-a-service offerings or other products, which are governed by separate agreements and privacy terms.

Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform is called Pointservices (the "Pointservices Platform"). Pointservices is completely separate from the Site and is governed by the agreements, terms, and privacy notices applicable to Pointservices customers and end users. The Site is a corporate, informational website about our company and services.

The Site is intended for individuals and organizations located in the United States. We do not direct the Site to residents of jurisdictions outside the U.S. Although the Site may be accessible globally, it is governed by U.S. law and this U.S.-focused policy. If you are not a U.S. resident, you should not submit personal information through the Site.

Definitions

  • “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA). It does not include publicly available information, de-identified information, or aggregated information.
  • “Sale” and “Share” have the meanings given in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) as described below under Advertising and Measurement and Opt Out of Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising.
  • “Sensitive personal information” (such as precise geolocation, government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data) is not sought through the Site. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free‑form fields. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, nor in ways that would require offering a right to limit such use.

You have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing, as described below in "Your U.S. Privacy Rights." We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, nor for any purpose that would require offering a right to limit such use.

De‑Identified and Aggregated Information

We may de‑identify or aggregate information so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable person or household. Where we maintain de‑identified information, we commit to maintain and use it only in de‑identified form and not to attempt to re‑identify it, except as permitted by law (for example, to test whether our de‑identification processes satisfy applicable requirements).

Information We Collect

  • Information you provide directly (e.g., name, company, email address, phone number, interest selections, and the contents of messages you send us).
  • Information collected automatically (e.g., IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, and approximate location from IP) through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies.
  • Information from service providers and partners, including analytics and advertising partners, to help us measure performance and reach relevant audiences.

Automated Decision‑Making

We do not use automated decision‑making on the Site that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Any audience creation, advertising, or measurement activities described in this policy do not involve such decisions.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide support and customer service.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services.
  • To analyze Site performance and understand engagement with our content.
  • To market and advertise our services, including remarketing and audience measurement.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, perform analytics, and support advertising and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our Site preferences. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.

Advertising and Measurement

We may use advertising and measurement tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to reach relevant audiences and assess campaign effectiveness. These tools may set or read cookies and collect usage information to enable features like remarketing, frequency capping, audience creation, and conversion measurement.

Under some U.S. state laws, sharing information (such as identifiers and internet activity) with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information for money, but we may "share" information for advertising/measurement as described. You can opt out of such processing—see "Opt Out of Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising" below.

How We Disclose Information

  • Service providers and contractors that host the Site, provide analytics and security, deliver communications, and support advertising and marketing operations under appropriate contracts.
  • Analytics and advertising partners to support measurement, reach relevant audiences, and improve our marketing. This may constitute "sharing" under some state laws.
  • Professional advisors, regulators, and law enforcement as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to lawful requests.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not disclose contact form submissions to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Analytics, Tags, and reCAPTCHA

Our site uses Google Tag Manager to manage tags and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. We may also use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from abuse; reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage information for security purposes, and its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. Retention periods depend on the type of information and our business needs. We periodically review and de-identify or delete data when it is no longer needed. If you wish to request deletion of information you submitted through our Site forms (if we have retained it), please submit a deletion request via our Support Portal.

Your U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA), you may have the rights to: (1) know/access and obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you; (2) delete personal information; (3) correct inaccuracies; (4) receive your information in a portable format; (5) opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising; and (6) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification and, where applicable, your permission.

Important scope clarification: The rights and request process in this section apply only to personal information collected through this corporate website (www.pitchpointsolutions.com) and the forms we provide on the Site. They do not apply to information we handle under customer agreements for our Pointservices SaaS platform or other products. This Site Privacy Policy does not cover the Pointservices platform.

  • How to submit a request (Site-collected information only): Use our Support Portal to submit a ticket (no specific category is required) regarding information you submitted through this Site. In your subject line, include “Privacy Request — Access/Delete/Correct/Portability/Appeal” and provide sufficient details for verification; or contact us via the methods below. Do not use the Support Portal to request actions related to data in our Pointservices platform.
  • Verification and timelines: We will verify your request to a reasonable degree of certainty, which may require matching information you provide with information we maintain, and we may request additional information to verify your identity or authority. We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt, or we will notify you in writing of a single 45‑day extension when reasonably necessary to complete your request, together with the reasons for the delay.
  • Authorized agents: If you use an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require proof that you have provided the agent with signed permission to act on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the agent presents a valid power of attorney. Authorized agents must verify their own identity as part of the process.
  • Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision through the Support Portal. We will review and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). If your appeal is denied, certain states allow you to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Opt Out of Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising and measurement partners to provide cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising). You can opt out of this sharing and targeted advertising as follows:

  • Adjust cookie and tracking preferences in your browser or within our Site preferences where available.
  • Use recognized browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC); we treat GPC as a valid opt-out signal where required.
  • Use platform controls, such as Google Ad Settings and LinkedIn advertising settings.

Note: We do not process opt-out requests for targeted advertising via our Support Portal. Please use the controls listed at "Browser Advertising and Tracking Controls" instead.

Browser Advertising and Tracking Controls

You can limit cookies and tracking used for advertising directly in your browser. The links below go to official help pages for popular browsers (content and URLs may change over time):

Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for a professional and general business audience in the U.S. and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
